Low maintenance house that's in an amazing location.
It's an 8 minute tram ride to the city and the tram stop is literally at the front door. If you need to catch the train then the North Melbourne Station is just a short 5 minute walk away.
Next door to coffee shops and pubs on Errol Street and walking distance to the Queen Vic Market and Flagstaff Gardens.
The back area is actually pretty spacious and plenty of room for anyone with a green thumb. It also has rear access by via a back gate.
Separate laundry, with washing machine and functional bathroom.
The place isn't winning any awards so it's low maintenance, which is erfect if you need a landing spot while you find something permanent or just need a short-term base in North Melbourne.
