Hi all, we have a massive rustic loft opening up in our lovely 4BR North Melbourne home

LOCATION
The location is perfect for public transport - right outside is the 59, 57, and flemington bridge station a few stops from the city. We are also near the zoo, and gyg (most importantly)

THE ROOM
Will come unfurnished!
The loft takes up the whole second floor, measuring about 3.5 x 8.3m so you can really make it your own! As you can see I had an absolute field day with it.

There are two big built in wardrobes as well for all the storage you may need!

YOU
We are an artsy bunch, ranging from ages 23-30. We are not fussed with age, and all types are welcome, as long as you clean up after yourself.

A few final things to note about the house

- we live near main roads and PTV
- the loft can get pretty hot during the warmer months
- there are limited free parking spots out front, pls be aware of this if you drive. Usually it’s a first in best dressed situation

****I will be holding viewings/interviews over the next few days (28th- 30th thursday saturday) and hope to have you move in APRIL 19TH for a lease transfer. Our lease is yearly and we will be renewing in May ****
