It’s a very spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms townhouse with three levels.
The location is sensational close to hospitals, Melbourne Uni, Errol Street, 5 minutes walk to both the tram and trains, and 1 minute to the IGA/shops and 2 min to Woolworth. The house is modern, fully furnished, with roof garden, broadband and basically everything you need, including bed sheets and towels.
The hosue have two bathrooms, I have my own and the other one is to be shared with one other person.
