This is a two story, three bedroom apartment on Little Collins Street in the beautiful and historic Georges Apartments.
The apartment is on level 3.
There is a lift going from the basement to level 2 and level 3 is accessible via a flight of stairs.
There is also a small set of stairs within the apartment itself.
The bed up for rent is on the second floor of the apartment.
There will be four people living in the house total which includes the new person.
Currently there is one male in one bedroom, one female in another bedroom and ideally two females in the bedroom up for rent.
The bedroom up for rent already has one female renting one of the single beds. We are after another female to rent the other single bed.
Little Collins is the perfect location central to everything in the CBD.
