Home for Rent – 4-6 Months | $590/week + bills

Hi!

I’m renting out my dmuch-loved home for 4-6 months. I’m looking for either one person or a couple who will enjoy the space, treat it with care, and feel at home while I’m away.

The House:
This is a spacious, two-storey home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus toilet. One of the bedrooms is set up as a home office.

There are three bedrooms:
1. Master bedroom with ensuite- the one available to move in. Very spacious and bright :)
2. Bedroom with its own private bathroom- this bedroom can be used but not available for renting individually as it stores my belongings
3- Room office that an be used to work from home if needed. Very cosy with lots of light coming in!

There’s a large living room with a TV and a screen proyector, a separate dining area, and a decent-sized backyard – perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Street parking is easy, and the neighborhood is quiet and green.

Location:
Just a 5-minute walk to the tram and Highpoint Shopping Centre. The house is surrounded by parks and beautiful riverside trails – ideal for walking, running, or simply unwinding in nature.

Rent: $590/week ($2500/month) plus bills

Bond: $2000
