Hi!
I’m going overseas for the month of May and I am looking to rent my house. I will be considering two options.
1- renting the entire house for $450 plus gas/elect (will be giving priority to this, as it is my preferred option)
2 - renting the individual rooms as per the ad.
There are two available bedrooms:
one master bedroom with ensuite and one bedroom with a private bathroom.
The house is quite spacious. It is a 2 story, 3 bedroom house although one of the rooms is an office, so the maximum number of housemates would be 2. It has a living room area and a separate dining area, so lots of room for everyone to have their own space.
It is located is in a nice area, 5 min walk to tram, 5 min to Highpoint shopping center. It is surrounded by lots of green areas and very nice walks along the river, amazing to go for a run or a walk!
The house has a decent size backyard and easy street parking.
