Home for Rent!

Hi there- I’m renting out my dear home for 6 months to someone who will enjoy the space, treat it with care, and feel at home while I’m away.

I’ll be considering two options:
1- renting the whole house for $500/week (I’ll be prioritising this option)
2- renting the individual rooms as per the post

The House:
This is a spacious, two-storey home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus toilet. One of the bedrooms is set up as a home office.

There are three bedrooms:
1. Master bedroom with ensuite
2. Bedroom with its own private bathroom.
3- Room office that an be used to work from home if needed. Very cosy with lots of light coming in!

There’s a large living room with a TV and a screen proyector, a separate dining area, and a decent-sized backyard – perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Street parking is easy, and the neighborhood is quiet and green.

Location:
Just a 5-minute walk to the tram and Highpoint Shopping Centre. The house is surrounded by parks and beautiful riverside trails – ideal for walking, running, or simply unwinding in nature.
