I’m moving out of my ludicrously sized house in Hawthorn and I need to find an awesome replacement ASAP!

- Ridiculous sized garage/backyard bringing all the room for activities

THE BORING BITS:

- The available room is #3 on the floorplan
- Rent is $333 a week and you’ll need to be able to jump in the lease
- Bond is $1,325 (100% refundable if nothing gets destroyed)
- Bills are split evenly amongst housemates
- Targeting a move in date of 11th August

You’ll be living with 5 other house mates, in maturity descending order we have Toby (35), Nicole (34), Nick (25), Kien (24) and Tony (23)

Nick, the house plant-daddy, always ready to spill tea over a glass of red or regale you with the intricate details of his latest LEGO set. Tony is our resident giggle monster, endlessly in pursuit of a dish that actually comes with a satisfying level of chilli, Kien, the gym addict who loves to let out a melody any time Elvis starts playing, Toby, is our loveable giant with a brain filled with random facts and wisdom, and Nicole! The house mum who keeps us in check when we’re too rowdy!

The house has a real family vibe to it with many a night session of chatting/drinking/binge watching Netflix together, however everyone still has a lot of their own things on to keep them busy.

We are house proud, so it’s important that you can help us keep the shared spaces neat and tidy, willing to contribute to general household cleaning, etc.
