🏠 THE APARTMENT:

Spacious top floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in Hawthorn, conveniently situated within walking distance of Glenferrie and Auburn train stations, Swinburne Uni and Camberwell Junction. Riversdale road trams are at our doorstep however they can barely be heard.

Apart from the bedroom on offer, our home is entirely furnished.

🌳 OUTSIDE:

Got a large wide balcony which faces the west. Also we have access to a very large well-maintained communal courtyard which is rarely used by anyone in the block.
