Hi I’m Disco the cat 😸

I currently allow my owner Cav to co-exist with me and am seeking to add one more kind, easy-going, quiet human to the home. If you're looking for a safe, peaceful, drama-free environment where you can kick back and relax, look no further!

🏠 THE APARTMENT:

My spacious top floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located in Hawthorn, conveniently situated within walking distance of Glenferrie and Auburn train stations, Swinburne Uni and Camberwell Junction. Riversdale road trams are at our doorstep however they can barely be heard.

Apart from the bedroom on offer, our home is entirely furnished. We have a dwindling collection of plants which I’ve been slowly making my way through, but you are welcome to add to the collection (if you dare!)

🌳 OUTSIDE:

Got a large wide balcony for watching birds which faces the west, so there'll be plenty of sunset evenings. Also we have access to a very large well-maintained communal courtyard which is rarely used by anyone in the block, except for this ginger cat named Millie.

Inverter split system air-con/heater system in every room(3 bedrooms and living area).

🍳 THE KITCHEN:

Gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle utensils pots, pans etc.

🚿 THE BATHROOM:

Ensuite bathroom with bathtub, standalone and toilet. Has a heatlamp and a decent amount of storage space.

🛏️ THE BEDROOM:

The bedroom is a good size and can fit a queen size bed, has a full length mirrored built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. The east facing window (with motorised smart roller blinds) gets the morning sun and faces in to the secure communal courtyard but there's plenty of trees and distance for privacy.
