Hi there you will be sharing with 34 year old female and 51 year old male and a Husky dog. unfortunately we cant accept any other pets "YOU MUST BE NEAT AND TIDY". Bills gas ,electricity, water and internet divided equally. It's a 4 bedroom house but the fourth bedroom can be used as a lounge room/guest room. 1 lounge room and 3 bathroom house, you get your own bathroom, plenty of storage space in the house and garage, large backyard, fire pit, veggie garden, gym area and under cover outdoor area. Close to bayside shopping center, Supermarkets, Chemists, Restaurants, take away stores etc. 5 minutes to beach, public transport close by (bus stop 2 min walk, train station 10 min walk).
