4 reasons why we love living in this part of Frankston:
1. You’re close to everything.
Walk to the beach, train, bars, cafés, and shops — no need for Ubers or long drives. Frankston’s got that perfect mix of coastal chill and city convenience.

2. The beach lifestyle (without the crazy rent).
You can finish work, grab an ice-cream, and stroll along the boardwalks or catch a sunset by the pier. Beach vibes without breaking the budget.

3. The nightlife’s underrated.
Local pubs, rooftop bars, and live music spots like The Deck or Davey’s keep things fun without needing to trek into the city — and you’re only 5 minutes from home.

4. It’s got that creative, coastal energy.
Street art, markets, and the arts precinct give the area a cool, laid-back vibe. It’s the kind of place where you bump into friendly locals and discover something new every weekend. Wineries, hot springs, and hikes nearby!

About occupants
About us:
👋 Riley (24) – electrical apprentice, ex-healthcare worker, gym regular and languages fan (fluent French & Spanish). Doesn’t smoke or drink, easygoing and respectful.
👋 Delilah (22) – full-time events manager from the UK. Loves the gym, Aussie beach life + winding down with Netflix. Friendly + social but also values downtime. On a working visa, Delilah will be moving on in January - when Olivia will be moving in.
👋 Olivia (22) - student studying at Peninsula University hospital. Olivia loves a good chat, pole vaulting, cooking yummy food (especially for housemates :)) and learning languages. (Also speaks French, Spanish, Polish).
We keep the house clean, quiet and positive. We’re up for a chat, table tennis match or Netflix night, but also respect each other’s space.
Compatible people
We are looking for a housemate who is respectful and tidy. This is not a party house and is unsuitable for smokers, vapers… and strictly no drugs. This house would really suit either a student or full-time professional working at Frankston Hospital and our new housemate must be female, as you will be sharing a female-only bathroom.
Past housemates have been student, teacher, doctors. 😊
Description of pets
It is a no pet household, sorry, but a possum has been seen on the back fence from time-to-time!
