Brilliant location in a quiet estate right next to Forest Hill Chase (Shopping Centre).
2 separate bedrooms included for $260. If you want space, read on.
Both rooms are the same, 2.9cm W x 2.65cm L (from door to window), and they have BIR's.
3 Bed house, 1 bath w/ sep toilet, Kitchen with large meals area (unused), large lounge, separate laundry. Carpet in Lounge and Bedrooms, tiles in all wet areas. Rear yard isn't big but it's fully enclosed and has a decent BBQ. There's a garage although it's mostly a cat room that you can store things in.
No Dogs pls, WiFi, Air Con/ Heating, Dishwasher, Gas hotplates, double sink, shower pressure is fine. Gas hot water.
House is fully furnished but I'm not attached to anything. Bring whatever you want, my extra stuff can go to the garage if needed.
One room will be unfurnished, the other is flexible. There's a bed there we aren't sure what we're doing with, if you need it ask, if you want it gone, it's gone.
I am willing to consider 2 new roommates, but only if they come together and move in at the same time, such as a couple or existing friends.
I'd prefer 1 person obviously, if there is to be 2 new ppl, the rent would be $170 per room to balance out having a 3rd person live in the house.

Bills and expenses
Bills are around $35 a week including internet and the major streaming services (Kayo, Netflix, Disney, Prime/ Paramount).
Bond is 1 months rent, $1,130.
2 weeks rent as deposit to secure the place, and bond paid when you move in.

I'm looking for one person. It's a 3 bedroom house, only myself and you would live here.
I have the master bedroom, my current housemate has 1 room as his bedroom and he uses the additional room for gaming (the photo with the SIM Rig).
I'm mid 40's, male, and if it matters, I'm straight. I have 2 young cats (no dogs pls), lived in Melbourne most of my life, have had careers, interests, hobbies, but now I like my average life where all I do is see my friends, go to the footy and watch a bunch of sports and Netflix at home.
I'm easy to live with, I believe in good communication and comprising. I'm considerate, tidy and reliable, esp. with money.
I'm mostly happy and always generous and considerate.
My oldest friend is 93 and youngest real friend is 14. I don't care about any labels, age, gender, race etc. My main hope is a decent human that can pay their bills.
If you're into sport at all, we'll be fine. If you're like my current roommate, a gamer, then this place is gold, you get your own game room. He hates sport but closes the door so he barely notices when it's on.
I don't need a friend, but passing comments and sharing a story every now and then makes living better.
