I’m looking for someone to move in to a room in a house I’m renting in Fitzroy North around the 20th of June.
It’s a big 3.5 bedroom house which would only be occupied by me and whoever moves in. I’m upstairs and have my own bathroom. There’s 2 bedrooms downstairs, one of which is used as storage. One is 3.7x4.1m, the other is 2.9x3.5m plus built-in wardrobes. Your choice of which is yours!
Your own downstairs bathroom with shower over bath and a shared laundry. More storage under the stairs, big kitchen and lounge with a small courtyard out the back which has a small access gate to the rear lane. It’s a quiet street with great access to bike paths and public transport, Eddy Gardens nearby and there is all day on street parking out front.
Open to singles over 30, no couples sorry.
