Looking for a flatmate in this spacious Fitzroy North apartment located on the upper level of a heritage building right on Brunswick St. The 2br apartment is between Fitzroy Pools and Edinburgh Gardens, 10 mins from CBD and on the 11 and 96 tram lines.
The apartment is super cute, it has a new bathroom and laundry, wooden floorboards, lots of storage, great neighbours, big open plan kitchen/living room, AC, street parking and a separate office/dining room.
You’ll be living with me (mid 30s), filmmaker/producer working across performing arts and film, and Ghost the cat (5yo rescue, very chill). I travel, go out a bit and love to cook. I’m WFH a couple of days a week. Looking to live with someone independent, considerate and clean.
The room is $315 per week, plus internet+electricity. Available from 26th July onwards.
