Classic inner north renovated townhouse with front porch, back courtyard, open plan kitchen / living area with heaps of natural light. All common areas are fully furnished so not much space for additional big items. Located between Nicholson and St George's so 5 minute walk to either 11 of 96 trams, 10 minutes to Merri station and close to the creek.

Ally: culture writer, movie lover, video gamer, gig attender, dumpling demolisher.
Maz: teacher, quiz-connoisseur, puzzler, footy lover, amateur cook.
