Quirky double story, long terrace in the heart of Fitzroy. The house is showing it’s years but we try to keep it clean and tidy, organised and functional. As you can see in the photos, there are some storage rooms and the bathroom and laundry are in between. The living room is currently a multi purpose room but open to it being used as an actual living room if you have furniture.

We have a courtyard which is great in Spring and Summer if you like a sunny spot to eat/drink etc.

The house is a two minute walk to Nicholson st trams and Carlton Gardens, Melbourne Museum and only a few minutes to Brunswick st, 15 min walk to the City and close to everything great about Fitzroy.

The garden is a small mix of garden and house space, clothesline etc. The house has a great mixture of indoor and outdoor spaces that makes the space work fairly well for everyone.
