Two story, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the centre of Fitzroy. Building has communal pool, gardens and BBQ area. Permit parking available. Across the road from Carlton Gardens and Seconds away from Nicholson, Gertrude and Brunswick St and the 96, 86 and 11 trams. Parliament station and the CBD are only a short walk or a few trams stops away. Abundance of supermarkets, cafes, cinemas, gyms, bars, clubs and restaurants in walking distance.
Available bedroom is a good size, could comfortably fit a queen sized bed and a few other pieces. Comes with built in robes, a ceiling fan and a private bathroom right next to it.
I’m open to someone with pets, however this will depend on the specifics.

Outside of work I enjoy going to the cinema and weaponising my Letterboxd account, going to concerts, exercising and going out for a drink, meal or dance with friends.
I think a good flatmate is someone who is respectful, tidy and mature. I enjoy keeping my home clean and uncluttered so sharing that responsibility is important. Must also be LGBTQ+ friendly.
