Across the road from Carlton Gardens and Seconds away from Nicholson, Gertrude and Brunswick St and the 96, 86 and 11 trams. Parliament station and the CBD are only a short walk or a few trams stops away. Abundance of supermarkets, cafes, cinemas, gyms, bars, clubs and restaurants in walking distance.

Available bedroom is a good size, could comfortably fit a queen sized bed and a few other pieces. Comes with built in robes, a ceiling fan and a private bathroom right next to it.
