Description of the home
A new split level townhouse apartment as part of a complex although has street front door access. The apartment is split onto 2.5 levels and has a spiral staircase up the bedrooms. Large big front patio along tree lined street.
Downstairs is about 50sqm and has all the furniture it can fit.
The downstairs area looks out onto the front balcony which looks over onto Westgarth Street which is a tree lined street in Fitzroy. The ceilings in the main room are 4.7m high.
Upstairs you will find both bedrooms. There is a second entrance (we are calling it a back door).
We are looking for someone who has a deep appreciation for beautiful furniture and decor, and someone who is tidy (like us). We are both busy people although we do enjoy spending our downtime at home cooking a meal. We would welcome someone who was on a similar page. While we love being social, we usually come home to relax and unwind.
