Hi there! We have a room becoming available for 6 weeks in Fitzroy 16/05-02/07 while I’m away overseas.

Some perks of the place- 30 second walk to smith street/nearest 86 tram stop and 10 min ride into the city. Places within 5 min walk- cheaper buy miles, x2 supermarkets, Johnston street, Brunswick street, lune, MOL, many other cosy local eateries.

Living with housemate: Sara, 25, one of the good ones - great ones even. Very busy with placement but when home will definitely be able to point you in the right direction for quality coffee and falafel.

$1500 for the 6 weeks (including bills), bond will be required also.
In the process of sorting out a parking permit that can be used for on street parking.
