Description of the home
This is a spacious, clean and quiet home in Doncaster East, with several comfortable shared living areas and plenty of space for everyone.
The house is in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, with local parks and sports facilities nearby, as well as convenient access to shops and public transport. A free garage space is available if you have a car.
We’re looking for a tidy and respectful housemate who would enjoy a friendly and relaxed home environment. We’re happy to have an occasional chat or share a meal, while also respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.
This is a short-term arrangement of up to four months. The final move-out date is 10 January 2027.

Bills and expenses
Rent excludes bills. Electricity, gas, water usage and Wi-Fi internet costs are divided equally among all adult occupants, based on the actual bills. Copies of the bills can be provided for transparency.
There is no regular cleaner, so everyone is expected to help keep the shared areas clean and tidy.

My usual routine involves work, study, going to the gym and swimming. When I have some free time, I enjoy going for drives and exploring different places.
I’m friendly and enjoy having a chat at home, and I’d be happy to occasionally share a meal or coffee with my housemate. At the same time, I respect everyone’s privacy, personal space and quiet time.
The house is generally quiet and relaxed. It is a non-smoking home, and I don’t usually host parties. I’m hoping to find a considerate and tidy housemate who would enjoy a friendly and comfortable place to live.
It would be great to live with someone who is friendly and open to chatting, occasionally sharing a meal or going out together. If we get along and our schedules allow, I’d also be happy to explore Melbourne or go on a weekend road trip together.
There’s no expectation to socialise all the time. I think the best housemates can enjoy each other’s company while also respecting each other’s privacy, routines and quiet time.
