Beautiful little unit in Carnegie located on the ground floor, with a very nice courtyard. Offering a great size room for rent, with extra drawyers if needed. Heaps of space for storage, including in built drawers. One bathroom which has recently been renovated. I have 2 dogs (greyhounds) who are the most sweet, cuddly and affectionate dogs you'll ever meet. They will try to sleep with you if given the chance! I am ideally looking for someone who can look after them when I'm away on work trips. Cash payments for rent and bond preferred.

The unit is located a 1 minute walk from murrumbeena train station, and there is a bus that stops outside the building. It is an 8 minute walk to Koornang Rd shops and a 5 minute drive to chadstone shopping centre
