Hey I'm Vera. I'm a 35yr female originally from NZ but have been living in Melbourne for the last 2 years. I'm super chill, clean, fairly minimal with what I have and spend a lot of free time going to the gym and getting outdoors. I value a relaxed house that isn't overly cluttered. I work in an office in Burwood 3 days a week - other 2 days at home. I go to the gym most mornings and sleep early. Not fussed if you're a night owl - we're adults and I'm sure we know how to be responsible and considerate humans :). I enjoy having mates over here and there for dinner. Most weekends I try to get out and explore - going hiking, snorkelling, or trail running.

You will be a good fit for this place if you're a nice person :) I value nice, positive energy kinda people! I admit, I'm pretty low key at home - not overly sociable cos by the time I get home I'm normally pretty tired and ready to proper chill out. But someone who is chill, happy to chat or not chat, is clean, and doesn't bring negative complain-y vibes would be ace. I value quality people that know how to live as adults i.e. paying bills on time, cleaning up after yourself, not fussing over chore lists and splitting costs of miniscule household items etc. If you're into sport, fitness, doing active fun things in general - we'll prob get a long just fine :)
