The house is 2 bedroom, with large rooms. It is a terrace house with a decent sized courtyard. It’s low maintenance, but I do like to keep the place clean. There is gas heating in the main living room which keeps the place warm in winter.
The house is essentially already furnished including lounge, TV, washing machine & dryer, BBQ, cooking equipment etc…
The house is in a great location, just off Sydney road (approx 1 min walk), near good bars, cafes, restaurants and gyms.
Jewell train station is literally at the end of the street for easy access to the city. Very convenient and easy living.
