Modern 2-Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of Brunswick — Available July to End of August
I'm heading away and looking for someone (or a couple) to stay in my fully furnished, modern 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment from July through to the end of August. If it's just one person, I’m open to extending the arrangement after I return — we'd share the space then.

Ideally when I'm away, I would like to rent the space to two people or a couple to cover my rent, I happy to negociate :)

When I'm back, I will rent one of the rooms:
Small bedroom $300/week
or
Large bedroom $400/week

The apartment is ideally located next door to Lux Foundry café and a short walk to Ovens Street Bakery, meaning fresh pastries and great coffee are right on your doorstep. It features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a laundry with a combined washing machine and dryer. The open-plan kitchen is modern and functional, flowing into a cosy, sunlit living area and out onto a spacious balcony — perfect for a morning coffee or evening wind-down.

The main bedroom is generous in size at approximately 20 square metres, while the second room is smaller (around 15 square metres) but comes with a foldaway wall bed, making the space very flexible. Both bedrooms have built-in robes and large, floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in plenty of natural light.

Fully furnished and thoughtfully set up, the apartment includes a fridge, dishwasher, and all the essentials, so you’ll be moving into a space that’s both practical and welcoming. It’s just a short walk to Sydney Road, and about five to ten minutes from Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse, Bunnings, Anstey and Brunswick train stations, as well as tram 19.

It's a well-connected spot with everything you need nearby — cafes, shops, public transport, parks and leafy streets.
