There is 3 bedroom and a bathroom upstairs that is shared. The rooms and common areas are all fully furnished with duct heating, queen size bed, a desk, wardrobe, bedside table and chair. The entire property is fully furnished with a great outdoor view from the rooms on the second floor. Off-street parking is available with no limits right outside the property.
You will be sharing this beautiful family home with 3 Chinese roommates: 2 males and 1 female.

We are looking for a third female roommate:
- young professional or university student (Chinese background is highly desirable).
- clean, respectful and well-mannered
- will pay bills on time
