Not your normal rental situation …. Looking for a housemate to rent the master bedroom with en-suite In large house for possibly 4-6 months while l prepare to the property so as to be able to rent out the whole house .
Flatmate will have use of the main
bedroom and ensuite with the kitchen
and laundry and possibly
the use of a spare bedroom as a living area .
There is no furniture in the main aspect of the house as l am progressively
moving things out over the next few months in preparation to rent the ehole property
l am currently just using another bedroom kitchen and laundry and the
main bathroom ultimately moving out yet the flatmate could stay until l have organised a total rental situation . This could take no less than say 4 months
