Hi, my name is Patrick. I have a good job in the Building & Caravan supplies industry. I'm broad-minded, reserved yet sociable and am an all round nice guy.
I'm tired of the share house run around so am taking a different approach. I want to find someone like minded and reliable to move into a place with me and be on the lease. From there we can get a 3rd person in as needed.
Please Note that, as part of the process, I'd like to chat with my potential housemates Before applying for a place together. I figure we should find out if we're compatible as housemates first, rather than risk finding out later that we're not (makes sense, right?!).
