unfortunately, the bedroom has no cardboards or draws, but will easily fit them with a queen-sized bed in the room. It has a floor-to-ceiling window which allows for lovely morning light to spill into the room.

Description of the home

My home, is medium-sized, with a small backyard the backyard is extremely comfortable to relax in as the morning sun hits it beautifully. Directly across the road is a large park with basketball courts and an AFL oval.
The house is furnished, and very homey. There is a 2 car garage, with 2 spaces out the front as well totaling 4 cars spaces off the street. I am very keen for a like-minded person to live here with me. I am a fairly quiet person that doesn't party hard.
if you are keen on a games room I am keen to share the office room and talk about rent from there.
The photos currently have my partner's desk and spare bed in the room and won't be provided but will be cleaned before you move in.

Bills and expenses

Bills are normally divided by 50% but happy to discuss how we would move forward with it. The house has no gas connection only electricity. water is normally around $350 a quarter and electricity is normally around $600-$700 depending on the time of year. as there is no gas the electricity seems high but that's because there is no gas heating, only electric.
