Description of the home
Good house, it is showing its age a bit. Not glamorous by any means, but nice and cozy surrounded by trees with an oval and park across the street, which is a dog off lead area as well.
The backyard isn’t the easiest to keep clean, the trees behind the fence are constantly bomabrding it with oak leaves, oak nuts, pine needles, pine cones and sticks. It’s a task to keep tidy, there is a clothes line.
I use the garage as storage and a smoking area. There is two car ports, I don’t mind which spot you take.
It’s very centralised, there’s shops within 5 minutes in all directions. The station is within walking distance as well as Bayswater itself.
There’s a gym right around the corner within a 5min walk as well.
Plenty of storage space. Not fussed where you’d want to store things
Got a washing machine and a fridge.

Bills and expenses
Everything is electrical in the house so the bill is high, usuaally sitting around $350, but that’s every 3 months. Water is around $50-$60 and internet is $80.
Candidly rent is $1604, but owners are looking to put it up to $2k a month from 13th of May. I’ve put in an enquiry for an investigation, but I’m yet to hear back from CAV

I do smoke, so I hope that’s not an issue.
I used to do yoga and want to get into it as well as bouldering, so couple activities we could do maybe!
I do my own food, I live cheap atm.
