The carpeted bedroom on offer (3.4M x 3M) is comfortable and homely. The noise from the kitchen, bathroom and lounge, which are down the hallway doesn't carry in the mornings so sleeping-in is easy.

Description of the home

The 3 bedroom house is comfortable and homely featuring a large lounge space. Going for a walk or a run is very pleasant as the neighbourhood is safe and friendly and there are plenty of interesting places to walk to in any direction. We are close to a Belmore shopping strip which has everything you need. There is also a bus stop a few houses up from our address if you need public transport.

There is a mini-cinema setup in the lounge and I like to watch the latest movie or tv series out there on some evenings. The lounge can be sealed off as to not bother others in the house. It can also be shared as a study space or music practise space during the day. We share the kitchen, laundry and one bathroom.

There is provision for 2 cars of parking space in on the property. This is shared between flatmates depending on requirements.

Transport:

- Surry Hills train station is 5mins drive away, which goes to City (20mins to Flinders St)
- Tram 109 is a 5min walk away, which goes to the City (45mins to City)
- Bus line from our street travels to Doncaster and Box Hill
- Belmore shopping strip 10mins walk
