Hi, I’m 21 years old from Vietnam and currently I’m a university student at rmit major in finance. I’m looking for someone who is easy going and around my age. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I live here myself, and one room is currently available for rent.
The location is very convenient with many nearby amenities. Woolworths Metro supermarket is about 800m away, there are also plenty of convenience stores and local services close by.
Public transport options are excellent for commuting to Melbourne CBD. Tram route 5 runs approximately every 10 minutes from the vicinity of Orrong Road and Dandenong Road, taking about 25 minutes to reach City Square on Swanston Street. Buses are also readily available for easy travel.
