I own a 2 bed furnished, secure apartment near Malvern Central, and close to 2 tram routes and Malvern station. A secure garage space is available.

I am a 46yo female. I have had paid employment for many years, and now I volunteer 3 days per week in a shop, and do adult education classes 2 days per week.. I am polite, friendly and will give you your own space.

I am looking for a straight female to homeshare with me. You will receive significantly reduced rent in exchange for being present most evenings, and providing some assistance with dinner preparation. Details to be negotiated.

I am independent with my work, transport and social activities.
