I own a 2 bed furnished, secure apartment near Malvern Central, and close to 2 tram routes and Malvern station. A secure garage space is available.
I am a 47yo female. I have had paid employment for many years, and now I volunteer 3 days per week in a shop, and do adult education classes 2 days per week.. I am polite, friendly and will give you your own space.
I am looking for a straight female to homeshare with me. You will be gentle and kind in nature. You will receive significantly reduced rent in exchange for being present most evenings and staying overnight unless arranged in advance.
