Hi there, I have a fully furnished room w river views to let in my home with own bathroom at Gravelly Beach up on the West Tamar, can shift the double bed to a spare room if you have your own, off St undercover parking share lounge, dining, kitchen (own fridge larder space), laundry, yard w working vege garden, fruit trees, the od meals together, share power/water bills cleaning and common home expenses, I'm a keen gardener/recycler who grows my own veges so a like minded person welcome.
Seek a mature minded person, smokers ok but outdoors only, wifi, heat pump, solar, own space with plenty of privacy around home and garden. Not a party, drug, booze house so if your into a calmer greener lifestyle great, walk to Tamar river/ bushwalks, 5min drive to Exeter, 30minn drive to town, local bus at end of Rd.
General store, post office n pizza shop 10min walk.
1 person preferred or couple considered for double the rent.

Not into clubs, sports, heavy drinking, am easy going laid back social but like most of us some own time, bit of a night owl, healthy foods, 95% vegetarian, like my garden and growing veges, fruit trees, so seek someone who also appreciates nice garden green spaces welcome, an active cultured person who likes the outdoors, any sex, age, sexuality LGBTQ ok.
Good for some socializing the od meal drink together your friends lover welcome over from time to time.
The home is semi rural just me and the extra wildlife residents paddymelon's, bandicoot's, possom's, and birds.
