A safe and comfortable home in a quiet street, v close to public transport, and a short walk to the Gorge. The room is large, recently renovated, and includes a private ensuite. The house has a kitchen, dining room, lounge room and a sun room.
It is a family home; a grandfather, myself, grandson and I take care of young children, mostly
on weekends. This is a no event house and would ideally suit a student or a quiet person. The rent includes all amenities; power and internet. Bond is two weeks rent.
Myself: I am a homebody enjoying cooking, gardening and family activities especially with children. I try to keep the home clean and tidy and keep up a social life too. Art films, classical piano music are interests as is too much phone scrolling!
