Description of the home

Hello, A room has become available as one of our housemates is moving closer to Newcastle.
We are a home made up of myself (24F) Luke, (26M) and Jake (21M) and a dog, Klaus.
We are an actively social house and enjoy doing things together like hosting Games night, shared dinners, watching movies together and crafts like painting or puzzles.
We all work full time and some of us also study.
We are looking for someone who will fit into our social dynamic and is interested in getting to know the people they live with. We all enjoy our own space too.
The room comes with water and internet included. We split electricity equally each quarter and also pay for a cleaner once a fortnight to do the bathrooms, mopping etc.
Unfortunately, Klaus is an only dog and it needs to stay that way - Pocket pets/Reptiles etc may be considered. As we are renting through a real estate, you must also be approved by them prior to moving in.

This house is great as it has a yard, is close to greenhills and in a nice area.
The Lounge has an aircon and each room has a fan.
Would be living with m26, m21 and f24
there is a dog, who does not enjoy other dogs
