Townhouse in Southport –
ROOM AVAILABLE!! Looking for moving ASAP

Our cozy and relaxed townhouse is located in Southport, right in front of TSS (The Southport School). It’s part of a quiet complex with just four townhouses, featuring a shared pool and an electric gate for security.

The house has two floors, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with three toilets and a lush, natural outdoor area filled with plants and garden space. It’s not a party house, but we do go out on weekends. There’s a garage available for storage and a nice, functional laundry room.

Meet Estopa – our friendly mini schnauzer who loves both people and other dogs!

Currently, we have two rooms available:
• Bedroom 1: $350/week
• Bedroom 2: $370/week
All bills included (internet, electricity, water).

Shared shower/toilet upstairs and an extra toilet downstairs.

Requirements:
• 4 weeks bond
• 2 weeks notice to move out

You’ll be living with:
• A 33-year-old Brazilian who works from home in IT and also does mechanical and bar work.
• A 29-year-old American who works part-time in massage therapy.

We’re looking for someone chill, social, and open-minded—ideally a student or full-time worker who enjoys a relaxed and stress-free home environment.
