Fully furnished room with a spacious kitchen and bathroom - Less than 50 metres to the Broadwater Parklands! Close to Australia Fair, Griffith University, light rail services, Southport Library, TAFE and colleges. Bus stops at the doorstep.
Room comes complete with a new desk, chair, side drawer and built in wardrobe. (Sheets, blankets & towels included if need be).
Hoping to find someone who is clean and tidy, respectful of privacy and looking to stay for a minimum of 2 months.
