And there’s a big park just outside the house, ideal for walking and exercise. On street parking is available.

We are looking for housemates who is responsible, trustworthy and cleans up after themself. We all share house common area cleaning.

Standard rental contract $320 per week, including Wi-Fi & Utilities, 3 months minimum, ideally 6 months with rental reference. 4 weeks bond + 2 weeks advance)
