Hello! We're looking for someone to take over the lease for the next 12 months for one of the rooms in our place. The room will be unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished. The bedroom for let is the second biggest room in the house and has a large cupboard.

The house is a three bedroom house with a main bathroom and an ensuite attached to the master bedroom. We have wifi, air conditioning in the loungeroom, ducted heating throughout the house, all the household furniture/kitchen things you might need. There is a large backyard with a few fruit trees.
The main bathroom is shared with one other and there is rarely an overlap issue for using this space.

We're two girls (31 and 30) and are easy going and flexible people. One working in hospitality and the other as a Physio in Aged Care.
We both enjoy both getting out for walks or heading to the beach as well as spending some time at home relaxing.

We are looking for someone who is also easy going, is happy for a chat on the couch, watch a movie or TV show with, or wants some down time relaxing in their bedroom.

Zoe the golden retriever has a beautiful and bubbly personality, and loves a game of catch. Also Pepper the grey tabby cat who is a little cutie, she's active and playful.
