I'm looking for a new roommate to join me in a cozy apartment in Dickson as my current housemate is unfortunately moving back to Sydney. The room will be available from early September.

The room can fit up to a queen sized bed and has a built in robe, you would also have your own bathroom, acces to the balcony and a parking spot!
The room is a $330/week not including bills which are split evenly (rent is paid fortnightly) bond is $1300.

The apartment is located in Dickson, about a 20min walk to Dickson shops (5mins if you drive) and about a 10min walk to the light rail (Macarthur street stop).

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with one car park space and a balcony. You would be on the top floor, facing Northbourne ave - Telstra tower is in view. The apartment is absolutely sun drenched in the afternoons and you get some solid sunset views 🌇

I have pretty much all the necessary furniture, you would just need to fit out the bedroom.

I appreciate living in a positive space, so someone who is tidy, respectful and friendly who will treat the space as their home would be ideal.

- The lease will be up in January, so seeking someone who can commit from September to January.
