Room available in a lovely, charming, sunny, relatively spacious two-bedroom home in Dickson. The location is top-notch, walking distance (ca. 12 mins.) to both the Dickson and Ainslie shops, with a bus stop around the corner and easy access to the tram (about 15 mins. walk). It's easy to be car-free here, but there's also off-street parking available.
There's a low-maintenance yard (with raised beds for veggies if you have a green thumb) with hills hoist (the house has a washer but no dryer). The house has two living areas, so there's plenty of room if you work from home. The kitchen has its original quirky cabinets, but the laundry and bath have more modern furnishings. Separate bathroom (with bathtub and shower combined) and toilet. The available room is unfurnished and has a spacious built-in wardrobe.
