Description of the home

Our home is a three bedroom, two bathroom, three storey townhouse based in Wynnum. We recently have renovated our kitchen, we have a large lounge room space, lovely sunny deck looking over the community pool, and close to all amenities.

We have air conditioning in the main living area, kitchen with all modern appliances, on-street parking, security and fly screens throughout, access to communal pool in complex. Your room is fully furnished so only need your linen and personal items. The bathroom will be shared with my 19 year old daughter. Your room overlooks the communal pool and is eastern facing.

We are 1km from the Wynnum foreshore and 600m from Wynnum central train station and also walking distance to cafes', supermarkets, and Wynnum central.

We also share our home with our 4 year old Malshi and 9 year old cat. Unfortunately, we are unable to have any more pets.

We are quiet, clean and friendly and welcome same. Our home is for a non smoker. Rent is a little negotiable. Female only.
