Newly build double storey home :) lots of natural light.

We are looking for another room mate in our home. The room has a shared bathroom and lounge room upstairs. The rooms come furnished with a bed and mattress. Or unfurnished if preferred. The house has ducted aircon throughout the house and ceiling.

We have a dishwasher, barista coffee machine, washing machine, plus all standard kitchen utilises for you to use at your leisure.

Wifi is included in the rent. Water, gas and electricity is a shared expense split between all room mates (4x roomies is how its split). We have security cameras front and back of the house that operate every time there is motion, as well as a door bell with a camera for the extra sense of security.

There is an alfresco area and gazebo out in the backyard and good size grassed area for you to spend time in. This is a shared space. There is a park in front of the house fo each room mate and also heaps of street parking available.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is friendly and quiet like us and are also clean and tidy. Ideally looking for 6months or more. We are Bill (35) and Ash (31) and both work full-time so enjoy chilling at home but also getting out and about on weekends. We enjoy our quiet chill time and then out on the weekends to get some sun!

We can't do pets sorry as Bill is allergic and no smokers sorry.
