Sort term or long term is fine and no bond deposit required. Very short 8m walk to bus, 17m walk to shops. Approx 40minutes on the bus to the CBD. There is no off street parking available, so you would need to try and find a street park if you have a car/cars. House was built in 2007, so built from modern materials with no asbestos or toxic paint. There is a pool and BBQ area plus some grass in the backyard. There are two washing machines, three bathrooms and a heat pump cloths dryer. The kitchen has gas cooktop, double oven, microwave, two fridges, air fryer, thermomix, rice cooker, frypan etc.
