I have to go overseas and interstate most of the time for some time and a family member comes to visit from time to time to check on things when I’m away.

I have a long term tenant who is amazing and I go to utmost length to find like minded people where the dynamics of household is considered.
Although no party animals here.

She is super friendly and doesn’t bark all the time. Only Time she does is if someone is knocking at front door. She makes everyone fall in love with her.
