Oldfield Road is a delightful home. A tranquil oasis, standalone town house. It is neighbourly yet very quiet and chilled. Negotiable on length of stay. You’d be sharing with only one other person, JKris, who works full time and leads an active lifestyle, very tidy and respectful. Your room has aircon/heater and a fan, two double wardrobes. In the hallway you have access to your own bathroom. There is also a shared study you can utilise. The bedroom can come furnished with a bed and bedside furniture or I can take them out. You will have shared use of the kitchen, study, lounge and patio area, Sorry, but no smokers, or pets. Couples rate is $550) All bills included (except internet).

The facility has a pool, gym, tennis court, sauna, basketball hoop and communal barbecue. The villa is in a gated community, with a property manager looking after the place. You have a designated parking spot. The 105 bus stops right outside the complex. 2km away from Mt Ommaney shops, and 2km from Rocks Riverside Park.
