Great independent granny flat. Big positives are it is very cosy, with a lovely bedroom, with your own living room, access door, shower, washing machine, full size refrigerator, TV. The main limitations to consider are that there is some footfall noise from upstairs, it has a limited kitchenette, and a limited wash basin. But can use upstairs facilities at times if needed to cook etc.

Hi there. Comfortable home in Oxley. I have an independent living area downstairs available to rent. Upstairs, it is me, the dog and my 17 year old lad. It is fully furnished, so won't suit someone with furniture. I'm very flexible, so if you don't like it we can agree on an early departure. It is a large living area, has air con, and plenty of cupboard space. 15 minute walk to the Oxley train station and shops. Oxley has a nice little shopping area with a Woolworths, bakers, butchers and other shops. The train into the city from Oxley is about 25 minutes.
