The home is on a large private block with good airflow, and breezes with a pleasant garden, along with off street parking. It is fully fenced and gated.
Own kitchen, consisting of 2 burner induction cooktop, fridge and kettle,
Loads of storage cupboards, and pantry space,
Ensuite with shower, 2 vanities, along with a separate Toilet,
Queen size bedroom suite,
2 large IKEA wardrobes, 1 hanging, 1 shelves
2 seater lounge
Dining table & 6 chairs.
Ceiling fan, no AC
no TV though, if you have your own there is room to set it up.

It is on the upper level of my 2-storey home. There is off street parking, however not undercover, in a fully fenced yard with a gate.
There is undercover parking available for a motorbike.
Internet is not included as we are on our own plan, so you would need to have your own internet.
Power is included, however I ask that you not leave lights on unnecessarily, or your fan on when not at home.
There is a Miele front loading washing machine that is shared in the downstairs laundry.
No dryer is available as there is a very large clothesline to dry your clothes in the sun and fresh air.
I have a gorgeous 15 1/2 year old Labrador dog, who is an inside/outside girl, mainly stays downstairs with me.
She sleeps most of the day now, but does love having a pat.
This is an open-door house, where trust is important with each other, as closed doors stop air flow and good energy circulating around.
So, if you're a closed-door person then this room will not suit you.
Certainly, there are times when we like to have our doors closed,
just not all the time.
It's a non-smoking, not much drinking either, quiet household, with friendly, kind & respectful people sharing this house.
We're not night owls or party people, however we are friendly and respectful.

I am a nonsmoker, don't drink much either. I like interesting people and places. I enjoy reading, relaxing, friends, and time alone, as well as community-based connections. I'm not into drama or gossip.
I appreciate integrity and authentic people who have a friendly disposition and an open mind, not overly opiniated or hugely introverted. This is a harmonious and friendly household where everyone shares in the running of the house and yard.

Someone who doesn't lock themselves away in their room with the door shut all the time, as this stops connections, airflow and energy around the house.
Someone who walks softly and doesn't clunk around the place, as I've had this before, and it gets a bit wearing after a while.
An early to bed person would be preferable as the house winds down by around10pm and everyone is bed.
