Description of the home
In a small complex of 5 townhouses we are in a quiet corner down the back with open space and trees. Lots of birds and nature sounds. The house is light and breezy, with a big open plan living room and kitchen, as well as a back and front patio.
Well appointed kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The third bedroom will be a shared work from home space / guest room.
The location:
- Walking distance to Ormiston Train station
- Bus stop at driveway
- Walking trails and lovely parkland right across the road (with Koalas! 🐨)
- Cafe and restaurants a 10 minute walk away
- Great shopping villages including IGAs and loads more takeaway options a few minutes drive away

- 40min drive from Brisbane city or 1hr on the train
- 5 min drive to Cleveland and 10min drive to Capalaba
- Close to foreshore parks and several nice bushland reserves
