Room for rent $275 p/w. North lakes townhouse. Room is unfurnished. Has wardrobe and own balcony. Room has ceiling fan. You will have your own large bathroom and toilet outside of bedroom. Pool in complex. Minimum 3 month stay.

This is a 3 toilet, 2 bathroom, 3 bedroom townhouse complex with stairs. Kitchen, laundry lounge and dining room. Carpark available.

Must keep tidy. You work over 24 hours a week and pay rent on time. Help clean with house inspection.

5-10 minute walk to north lakes shops, medical center, parks, restaurants, nature/lake walk and north lakes bus station. Bus station takes to train station.

Bond = $550 to move in.
Rent is $275 per week.
All bills included other than electric which will be $50 per month & $100 per gas tank refill (lasts 3 months).
You will need to purchase own food & shower stuff and personal items

Me: 38 year old working professional single mum. Work day and night shifts. Older teen visits some weekends. Older cat with dementia. Must love cats. House is fully furnished with internet and Netflix.

No drugs. No couples. No additional pets. No parties. Smoking and vaping outside only.
