This room has been recently refreshed and painted and comes fully furnished with a brand new queen bed frame, mattress and new drawers. It also has plenty of storage with a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and there are additional sliding drawers under the bed.

There is also a brand new TV and soundbar that has just been installed and a new ceiling fan.

The main bathroom will be predominantly yours to use. I only use it to wash my hands.

The home is a large modern 3 bedroom house, with 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, Study and 2 Cats!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook with and has a coffee machine, for those that like a nice brew. The home has fibre internet and temperature controlled ducted air conditioning throughout with ceiling fans in all the living area’s.

There is also a porch out the front with chairs for you to relax and a table out the back with comfortable seating and a BBQ in the alfresco area. I am currently renovating the outside of the house, which is currently concreted and I intend to tile this and redo the gardens over the next 6-12 months. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street.

Sorry no other pets are allowed as two cats are enough :)
